Opus Psycheia: Mind at Work is a business change management consultancy that aligns your business functions with your employee and customer base.

We help you define and develop a company-wide strategy, then identify and implement the changes needed throughout your organisation to bring that strategy to life.

Change could include a shift in culture, leadership development, infrastructure development, team building and improvements to systems and processes.

Our approach

Our business change consultancy approach uses Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to find operational efficiencies and new product or service developments that define company strategy.

On engagement, we gather and analyse relevant information about the struggles and complexities of your business. We then present a route map to put you in control of the solutions at every step.

Depth psychology is applied to resolve internal conflicts between individuals, departments or teams, and we provide relevant training and workshops where needed.

Founded by Previn Karian

Opus Psycheia: Mind at Work was founded by Previn in 2018. He has a varied and extensive background in psychotherapy, business management and consultancy, integrated brand management and database profiling. This gives him a deep understanding of business strategy and people conflicts in change management.

Previn designed a change management framework for corporate organisations which was well received by top global management consultancies such as McKinsey & Co, Boston Consulting Group and Ernst & Young in the late 90s.

Later, he was able to use his framework to draw up process flowcharts for the data integration of Yellow Pages/Yell and Equifax. With considerable success, he went on to redesign and link sales with ordering systems for an international IT security software company.

Previn also worked as a best practice knowledge manager for an international top three marketing agency. As a result, he integrates the dynamics of the company brand, relationship marketing and customer experience into strategic development.

Previn’s background in psychotherapy makes him a strong facilitator in the area of conflict resolution. Most notably, he was able to facilitate consensus and agreement on processes, projects and ownership between EMEA VPs and their teams. This ended an 18-month long impasse in one day.
